The return request period is 30 days from the purchase confirmation date, as long as the item has not been used, is in perfect condition, and still has all the tags.

It is not possible to make changes to online orders.

You must request a return for the item and, at the same time, place a new order with the correct items


The return service is free at Correos offices in Spain and Portugal, as well as at YERSE stores.

Returns with home pickup have a cost of €4.95, which will be deducted from the total refund.

International returns are made via UPS and have a fixed cost of €9.95.
