DELIVERIES


Deliveries to Spain and Portugal are free for purchases of €70 or more. If the order amount is less than €70, the shipping fee is €4.95.

For other countries, delivery is free for purchases over €120. If the total order price does not reach this amount, a shipping fee of €9.95 will be charged.


Deliveries to Spain and Portugal are made within 48 business hours via Correos Express.

International shipments are handled by UPS and usually arrive within approximately 72 business hours.

Purchases with store pickup at YERSE are delivered within approximately 5 business days.

Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the courier (Correos Express for shipments to Spain and/or Portugal, and UPS for international shipments), you will receive an automatic message from our system confirming the tracking number. By clicking on that link, you can track the delivery directly on the carrier's website.

Currently, we only handle shipments to personal addresses or our physical stores.
If you wish to request pickup at a delivery point associated with the courier, you will need to wait until the package is out for delivery and request it directly from Correos Express or UPS.
You can also email us at hola@yerse.com so we can check the status of the change once you have requested it.

It is not possible to change the delivery address of the order once the purchase has been confirmed and paid on the website.
However, you can contact our customer service by emailing hola@yerse.com so we can try to update the details with the courier.

Once the warehouse prepares your purchase and hands it over to the courier, you will receive an automatic email notifying you that the package is in the shipping process.

When it arrives at the selected YERSE store and is ready for pickup, we will contact you by email and/or phone to inform you.

You will have 15 days from receiving the notice to pick up your purchase.


It is not possible to make modifications to orders that have been confirmed and paid for through the website.
However, you can request the cancellation of the shipment by emailing hola@yerse.com and, at the same time, place a new order with the correct items.
