At YERSE, commitment is not a recent decision. It is part of our history. Since 1964, we have believed in doing things properly — choosing materials with care, building long-term relationships and designing garments meant to last. As our collections evolve, so does our responsibility. We understand that quality today also means accountability: towards people, towards resources and towards the impact we generate. Our commitment is not a statement. It is a continuous process.
Chapter 01 / We Are a BCorp

In FEB. 2026, YERSE became a certified B Corporation. This certification recognises companies that meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. Becoming B Corp does not change who we are. It reinforces who we have always aimed to be. It requires us to measure what we do, improve what we can and remain transparent about our impact — across governance, workers, community, environment and customers. For us, it is both recognition and responsibility. A framework to keep evolving. A commitment to do better, every season.

Chapter 02 / Environmental Impact

At Yerse, quality and craftsmanship have always been our priority. That is why we mainly work with natural fibres and quality fabrics, which are synonymous with durability. In recent years, we have also started to select materials with less environmental impact, such as organic cotton, Lyocell, Ecovero viscose or recycled polyester. We are deeply concerned about the environmental footprint of our business model, so we are reviewing our operations to make them more sustainable and circular. In addition to this review, we are working on reducing our emissions and, only when avoidance is not possible, will we apply offsets to achieve our Net Zero target. As for our suppliers, we maintain long-term relationships, with regular visits and the requirement for audits and certifications to validate their good environmental and social practices.
Chapter 03 / Certifications

We prioritise GOTS or OCS certified organic cotton. Certified organic cotton fabrics use cotton grown without pesticides or synthetic fertilisers and meet stringent requirements at all stages of production, ensuring responsible use of water and minimising the use of chemicals. Currently 11% of the fabrics we buy are GOTS or OCS. Wool is a highly prized fibre at Yerse, as it is a natural, comfortable and durable fibre. We are transitioning to Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) certified wool, which guarantees that the wool we use comes from farms that follow responsible and sustainable practices, protect the welfare of the sheep and properly manage the natural resources of the ecosystem. Currently 2.7% of the fabrics we buy at Yerse are made from RWS wool. We are replacing the use of conventional viscose, which uses a highly polluting production process, with Tencel and Ecovero fabrics. Both are obtained from the pulp of trees from responsibly managed and FSC or PEFC certified forests. Currently 8% of the fabrics we buy at Yerse are made from sustainable cellulose.
Chapter 04 / YERSE'S Circular Revolution

Although at Yerse we prioritise natural and biodegradable fibres, when we need to use polyester, we opt for recycled. We currently work with GRS certified fabrics. Recycled polyester is obtained from PET plastic or existing polyester fabrics, which gives these products a new life and reduces the use of fossil resources such as petroleum. Currently 9% of the fabrics we buy at Yerse are GRS. We are proud to introduce our collaboration with RETEXCAT, a project that transforms textile waste into new opportunities, driving a more sustainable future. Through this initiative, we are opening new possibilities for our future designs, where innovation and environmental respect come together naturally. Take Back. Chapter 05 / Commitment to the Community

Since 1964, YERSE has grown within a specific social and cultural environment — Sabadell, Barcelona, and the communities we are part of. We understand that a company does not exist in isolation. It operates within a network of people, realities and responsibilities. Our commitment goes beyond the garment. It takes the form of long-term collaborations that promote social inclusion, employment opportunities and shared progress. This is not about occasional initiatives. It is about continuity.

Moltacte (Manresa)
We collaborate with Moltacte, a multi-brand retail initiative that creates stable employment opportunities for people living with mental health challenges. The project combines professional retail activity with social inclusion, proving that commercial spaces can also be spaces of dignity and opportunity.

Fundació Molí de Puigvert · Palafolls
Through our collaboration with the Fundació Molí de Puigvert, selected YERSE retail spaces operate as inclusive workplaces, offering employment opportunities to individuals with mental health conditions. The foundation develops specialised social and vocational rehabilitation programs that support long-term integration and professional development. This partnership reflects our commitment to continuity, trust and shared responsibility.
