You can confirm orders from our online store as a registered user or as a guest.
a) Registered user:
- Log in to your profile using your email address and password.
- Add the products to your shopping cart.
- Once you have all the items, click on the "end order" option.
- A new page will open for you to verify the shipping details and select the payment method.
- Accept the purchase conditions and click the "confirm purchase" button.
- The payment page will appear for you to enter your card details, PayPal account, or Bizum.
- Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming the purchase along with the order number.
b) Guest user:
- Add the items to your shopping cart.
- Once you have all the items, click on the "end order" option.
- A new page will open for you to enter your shipping details and select the payment method.
- Accept the purchase conditions and click the "confirm purchase" button.
- The payment page will appear for you to enter your card details, PayPal account, or Bizum.
- Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming the purchase along with the order number.
Once the purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the selected items and the order number.
If you don't receive it, check with your bank to see if the amount has been charged. If it hasn’t been charged, you will need to repeat the purchase process.

Yes, you can subscribe to the stock alert to receive an automatic notification when the item you're interested in is back in stock.
Please note that several users may have subscribed to receive the same alert, so we cannot guarantee that the item will still be available when you place your order.
