- Standard delivery (home delivery) with CORREOS EXPRESS, with a cost of 4,95€, or FREE for purchases over 70€, and with a delivery time of 3-4 working days.
- You can track your order here.
- Pick up in shop, at no additional cost, and a delivery time of 5-6 days.

- Standard shipping (home delivery) with UPS, with a cost of 9,95€ (taxes not included) or FREE on purchases over 120€, and with a delivery time of 3-5 days.

*Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland will have a shipping cost of €35 regardless of the amount of the purchase.


· How can I track my order?
We will send you an email with the tracking number and the link to the website so you can check the status of your order.
By accessing our website in the section "my account" you will be able to see the status of your order at all times.


* Deliveries are managed from Monday to Friday. If the order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays, it will be processed from the 1st working day.
* During sales or promotional periods, deliveries may be delayed.

The country of delivery cannot be different from the country of purchase.

How can I return an item?

FROM MY ACCOUNT

In your personal area where you will find all your orders, click on “Make a return”.

From 07/11/2024 returns will be made exclusively through the new returns portal, so when you click you will be redirected to another page where you simply need to provide your email address and follow the steps.

FROM GUEST

Click here to start your return in our new returns portal.

*Return shipping costs, as well as taxes and customs duties, are the responsibility of the customer.

*Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with their tags.

· Do I have to pay anything for my return?

COLLECTION WITH CORREOS EXPRESS TO HOME OR POST OFFICES

You can make your return for FREE in our stores or at post offices.

In the case that you want the package to be collected at your home, you must pay the relevant shipping costs (€4.95, which will be deducted from the refund amount).

REST OF THE COUNTRIES

UPS

Home collection with UPS will be carried out, and the return will cost €8.95, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

· What is the deadline for making a return?

Once your order is placed, you have 30 days to make a return.

· How will I receive the amount of my return?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the bank account you provide when making the return. We are working to be able to make refunds in the same way you made your purchase, which will be available in a few months.

· When will I receive the amount of my return?

After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account in a few days, at most within 10 days.

*During sales or promotions, refund periods may be extended.

· What should I do if the amount of my return is incorrect?

*Yerse reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the fixed period.

· Can I make an exchange?

It is not possible to make an exchange. You must return your order and make a new purchase.
